Day 1
A 5h approx. guided tour that will take us to discover local farms that have been able to combine ancient knowledge and of traditions to the innovation of new production methods while respecting the environment. That is the main concept of this tour name that recalls (white wine, red wine and “green”philosophy). We will visit a great vineyards in a typical winery placed in an unspoiled and panoramic location around Orvieto and a family run property that produces olive oil, honey, hazelnuts…
We will taste excellent products, including certified organic wines, olive oil and other traditional food confirming how quality and sustainability can be one winning combination.
